Creative Log Homes, LLC (CLH). . .	Creative Log Homes, LLC (CLH) can provide the following services across the Continental United States to meet your log home project requirements. We offer two *cost effective* MATERIALS PACKAGES – one for shell dry-in or a more complete interior/exterior materials package. If your project requires building expertise CLH can provide the crew(s) to DRY-IN the log shell or complete the TURN-KEY CONSTRUCTION of your new log home. CLH uses only the Finest Log Materials. Western pine, Engleman Spruce, Ponderosa Pine or Lodgepole Pine are selected from dead standing timber or have been air dried for a minimum of 2 – 5 years. Kiln dried Eastern White Pine logs are also available. At CLH we prefer to take a *common sense* approach to the design, material supply and construction of your new log home. *Simple* designs using *practical* construction *details* allow CLH to meet or exceed your expectations for your new log home.
Log Home Packages
Log home material packages are available for 8 standard models ranging in size from approximately 1400 sq. ft. to over 4200 sq ft. Creative Log Homes, LLC designs with the builder and home owner in mind. Practical, energy efficient details make construction of your Creative Log Home an easy process. We plan ahead for the installation of HVAC, plumbing and electrical components. Our homes can be built with a crawl space, basement, or on a concrete slab. Materials can be provided for either drying in the shell or can include the additional materials required to finish off the interior. Each package is summarized below.
**Dry-In Materials Package***

*Foundation and sub floor package should be in place and ready to receive logs. An optional materials package for the sub floor and decks is available. A typical dry in package from Creative Log Homes, LLC will include: Log package Interior framing/walls Roof system up through felt paper Wood windows - fixed glass is not included Exterior doors - Steel with upgrade to fiberglass Exterior trim package - 1 x material for windows and doors Gables Eaves and Soffits
*Dry-In Plus* Materials Package**
*Foundation and sub floor package should be in place and ready to receive logs. An optional materials package for the sub floor and decks is available. The Dry In Plus* materials package from Creative Log Homes, LLC will include:
Log package Interior framing package T & G Pine wood interior for framed walls and ceilings Interior and exterior trim packages Wood windows – fixed glass is not included Interior 6 panel pine doors Exterior doors - steel with upgrade to fiberglass Roof system designed for R-30 insulation standard -including 30 year architectural shingles
Additional options available: Optional sub floor system Optional decking and porch materials Optional exposed beams for all cathedral ceilings

Dry-In Services
The term “Dry-In Construction” refers to the basic framing of your home. Once your foundation has been installed by you or your contractor, Creative Log Homes will assemble your subfloor system, log walls, interior framing, roof system (through felt), exterior soffits, and install windows and exterior doors as part of our Dry-In Service Agreement. This will get your home weather-tight and ready for the plumbing, electric, heating, porches, etc to be installed by others. A complete list of what will be included as part of our dry-in construction service will be specified by written agreement. A basic Dry-In Agreement, though, might include the following:

Construction labor, equipment and supervision required to assemble the log package per the suppliers design drawings
Assembly includes installation of window, exterior doors and roofing through felt paper
Installation of first level sub-floor and porch decking if required

Turn-Key Services

The term “Turn-Key Construction” applies when you contract with Creative Log Homes, LLC to take complete responsibility for your entire project – from planning through finish, when your home is ready to move in to and we hand you the keys.

When a log home is planned as a turn-key project, Creative Log Homes, LLC can work with the buyer even during the early idea stages of project development. Not all lots are flat, level or even accessible when a buyer first visits a prospective jobsite . . . and one style of log home may work well in one location, but not in another. If the project includes purchasing a lot for the new log home, we can offer suggestions as to what style of home is best suited to a specific location and terrain.

With Creative Log Homes the turn-key experience will be exciting, you will know your log home from the ground up, and you will play an integral part in the details and materials used to achieve your dream log home. The materials selected, finish details, and craftsmanship provided by Creative Log Homes will significantly increase the value of your log home.

Our craftsmen recognize the inherent beauty of the natural grain patterns in the wood used to finish your log home.
