The “VILLAGER” is a single story log home model
that provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a combined great-room and dining
area plus a separate utility room. The
“VILLAGER” is 28 ft. wide by 48 ft. long with an 8 ft.
long roof extension over a front patio. The
home provides 1344 sq. ft. of heated/cooled living space.
The Dry
In Plus materials package for the “VILLAGER”
was provided by and erected by Creative Log Homes, LLC on a turn-key
basis.
The construction project from start to finish required less than
8 weeks including excavation of the site prior to pouring the concrete
footings and main floor concrete slab foundation.
Materials were available on site within 3 weeks of receiving a
signed contract.
